Biography: Hello, my name is Moos! Yes, that’s without the ‘e’ at the end. No, I don’t know why. I came to Aims because, about 6 years ago, the first college I attended (The Art Institute of Seattle) closed its doors in my last year of a four-year degree and left me with nothing. I was in a hole for several years, unable to create and stuck working for minimum wage jobs unrelated to my field, until my partner convinced me to give college another try to help with my art block. Now, here I am, ready to graduate at the end of this semester!

I’m a queer artist with a profound love of everything weird and horrifying. My childhood was spent consuming horror media because my mom is a big fan of horror movies. Now, I have a YouTube channel (MisspelledMoos) where I talk about weird, spooky, and obscure indie games when I’m not 3D modeling/sculpting/animating monsters or learning how to make my own horror games in my tiny fragments of free time. Fun fact: my favorite genre of storytelling is cosmic horror!

I couldn’t have gotten this far in life, my content creation career, or my degree without my two loving partners, who constantly support all of my creative endeavors (even when they keep me locked away in my workspace) and encourage me to keep trying. <3
